Chris Brown threw a chair through a window and tore off his T-shirt during a violent outburst after an appearance on Good Morning America today.

Rihanna's ex flew into a rage when he was questioned about assaulting her in 2009.

The singer was visibly annoyed when asked about the status of the restraining order taken out against him by the Bajan princess.

TV anchor Robin Roberts asked: "The restraining order that Rihanna had issued against you has relaxed, have you seen each other? Been around each other?"

Brown replied: "I mean not really, it's not really a big deal to me now, as far as that situation, I think I'm past that in my life. 

"Today is the album day so that's what I'm focused on. Everybody go get the album."
