Lorde has hinted that she may have new music on the way, by sharing artwork titled "Solar Power" on her official website today on Monday, June 7 (see here).

The art shows a photograph of a female in a thong and lemon colored top, with "ARRIVING IN 2021 … PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE" written below. As yet, it has not been confirmed whether the image is for a new track, album, or something else entirely, but fans are excited, as the star has kept a low profile since her 2018 tour in support of her 2017 sophomore album, Melodrama.

The acclaimed New Zealand singer-songwriter was also recently announced as a headline act at Barcelona's 2022 Primavera Sound Festival. Among other big names set to perform at the event are Dua Lipa, Jorja Smith, Megan Thee Stallion, Tyler, The Creator, Gorillaz, The Strokes, Tame Impala and Disclosure. There are 400 acts altogether slated to perform across two weekends next year (June 2-4 and June 9-11).
