NEW YORK, June 7, 2011 -- The T.J. Martell Foundation is proud to announce that it raised over$275,000 at its 12th Annual Family Day honoring Big Time Rush on June 5, 2011 at Roseland Ballroom in New York City. Family Day provided a spectacular day full of fun games, carnival activities and live performances to raise money for cancer and AIDS research.  The fundraiser has steadily grown into one of the Martell Foundation's most successful events and has raised over $3.5 million since its inception for Martell funded research at eleven research hospitals across the country.

This year's Family Day honored Nickelodeon stars "Big Time Rush" and their management team Ozone Entertainment for their tremendous support of numerous charitable causes. In addition to Big Time Rush's stellar performance special guests We The Kings, Allstar Weekend and The Ready Set also rocked the house. The Family Day fundraising is continuing through an amazing, celebrity auction including items such as a meet-and-greet with Britney Spears and fans can bid on these items athttp://stores.ebay.com/Universal-Music-Store.
