Harry Styles Kicks Off U.S. Run of ‘Love On Tour’ Dates
British superstar Harry Styles kicked off the U.S. leg of his Love on Tour shows on Saturday night (September 4) in Las Vegas.
The GRAMMY Award-winning artist’s top-notch production included a stage that spanned the entire arena, along with colorful, vibrant lights.
Styles confirmed the rescheduled U.S. shows in July after they were initially canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Before hitting the stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, the acclaimed singer-songwriter gave a message to fans over the speaker system about COVID protocols for the shows.
He said: "I want to thank you guys for getting vaccinated or tested to be able to come here tonight.
"The staff on the entire 'Love On Tour' team has done the same and we are all taking the precautions we can to make sure these shows can happen safely.
"I know things are a bit different, but in order to protect each other, I also ask that you do your part by keeping your masks on while in the building and during the show. I've always found that you can tell the most about a person from their eyes anyway. Treat people with kindness. I love you and I'll see you very soon."
Afterwards, the "Watermelon Sugar" hitmaker worked the huge stage while conducting one roaring sing-a-long the entire evening during each song.
Styles debuted songs from his 2019 album, Fine Line, along with tracks from his 2017 self-titled debut album and a solo version of One Direction's hit "What Makes You Beautiful".
