Pendulum play last foreseeable gig at Bestival

Pendulum headlined at last night's (September 9) Bestival.

The band played a set which included their biggest hits 'Witchcraft' and 'Propane Nightmares'.

Pendulum's MC Ben Mount opened the show by telling the audience:

"Tonight is what you make it - the more you give us, the more we're gonna give you."

He also told them to form a circle pit at the close of the band's main set and said that there were "no excuses" for them not to enjoy themselves because it was the first night of the festival, adding: "We're glad we've got you fresh."

Rob Swire announced during their performance that it would be the band's last UK show "for the foreseeable future".

Today's line up at Bestival includes Mercury Prize winner PJ Harvey, Paloma Faith, Katy B, Nero and Main Stage headliners, The Cure.
