We're looking for speedy, precise and flexible reporters to cover music news, with a heavy slant towards factual pop news. The ideal candidates will need to be passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual, with experience and skills in writing, web content management and editing online site management. This position is freelance but may develop into something more permanent.

You can be either UK or US-based to apply.

Requirements: Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Typo-free copy is essential. Must be on trend with current UK/USA music and entertainment news. A keen sense of detail to create, develop and manage content for our web presence will require the candidate to work with content management software. Experience with publications on and/or offline are expected credentials. Fresh-out-of-college post grads as well as seasoned freelancers may apply. 

Not required but ideal:

• Previous experience of uploading news onto websites
• An acquired degree in English, Journalism, Media Studies, Communications or a related field
• Working knowledge of HTML and/or Content Management Systems
• A good list of contacts within the music industry, notably online PRs and artist management, if not then the desire to obtain one
