London, January 31st 2013 - Digital entertainment specialists Tunetribe have announced the appointment of one of the UK’s leading retail experts to the position of General Manager.

Terry Boland, who has over 30 years senior level experience in the UK retail sector, has been given the task of consolidating and building on Tuntribe’s existing success while implementing an ambitious strategy for growth. 

Reporting directly to Tunetribe CEO William Haighton, Boland started his career in the clothing sector and worked at board level for companies such as Hennes, Etam and Knickerbox before moving into telecommunications and becoming Managing Director for Phones 4U in 1998. In 2000 he became CEO of commercial landline, broadband and mobile resellers Glow Communications, before exiting in 2005 to establish his own successful retail consultancy business whose clients included companies such as Norwich City FC, Asda, 3i and Subway across the sports, clothing, communications and food retailing sectors. 

Terry Boland will continue to consult for a number of his existing clients alongside his new role at Tunetribe.
