Ronnie Wood wins date with Scarlett Johansson

Ronnie Wood is set to go on a date with Scarlett Johansson.

Wood, 65, who recently got married for the third time to 28-year-old Sally Humphreys, revealed that he won a chance to spend time with Johansson at a charity auction.

Wood made a surprise appearance at Malcolm Arnold Academy in Northampton on Wednesday (February 20), stunning teachers and pupils at the secondary school when he turned up for a masterclass.

The Rolling Stone icon's appearance came after the school's sponsor David Ross won a guitar lesson with him at a charity auction, which is the same event Ronnie successfully bid for Scarlett.

Speaking about his winning advance, Wood said: "I won a date with Scarlett Johansson but it hasn't come to fruition yet as she has been too busy filming."

During the masterclass Wood admitted that he wasn't a fan of the BRIT Awards' current location at the O2 where it's been staged since 2010:

"I'd rather be here than at the BRITs.

"I chose to come here instead of going to the Brits as there is too much pressure getting over to the O2."
