Miley Cyrus has been announced as a co-host for the MuchMusic Video Awards this year.

On June 20, the 17-year-old singer and star of 'The Last Song', will head to the ceremony in Downtown Toronto in Canada.

"I'm so excited to co-host the MuchMusic Video Awards," Cyrus said in a statement. "I can't wait to get back to Canada and perform for all of my fans. It's going to be an awesome night!"

Nominees have yet to be announced, but will be revealed next month in May.
