The “Ch Ch Checkin’ It Out” star’s video featured on the YouTube homepage & Top of the Music Section over the weekend thanks to the huge support for the single.

“I’m overwhelmed. The response and enthusiasm of fans old and new has been incredible. I’d love to see it get over a million views before Christmas!” said Chris. “I’ve had literally hundreds of tweets & emails with people sending in screenshots of their pre-order. If it continues like this we may stand a real chance of clinching the coveted number one spot this Christmas!”

Christmas Number One (#FeedEmYellowSnow) features Doncaster local, Lloyd Wilkinson (@LloydyWilkinson) and was produced by Sussex based songwriter Guy Barnes. The track is a tongue in cheek poke at the "X Factor Xmas Number One" and has all the elements that make up a great Christmas Single. 

"It's got Guitar, a catchy beat, bells and a melody that will stick in your head for weeks," says Chris. "Once you hear it, you won't forget it!" 

December will see Chris touring the UK on his “Lil’ Chris-tmas” Tour, alongside X Factor 2013’s Tom Mann and Giles Potter; including shows in Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle and Birmingham- with more updates from Chris about the tour on his Twitter account (@CJHardman)
