Apostrophe Talent has signed up star of Sky’s Das Boot star Joachim Foerster as the award-winning actor sets his eyes on the UK market.

Foerster's intense acting style and strong screen presence have already solidified him as one of Germany's most sought after actors, rarely off stage or screen in his home country and winning several awards.

He has taken lead roles in King Lear, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Enron and Little Shop of Horrors.

His one-man performance in ‘Who Killed My Father?’ last year landed him in the Top 10 Most Important German Actors of 2019.

But Foerster rose to prominence in the UK after starring in Sky's Academy Award-winning TV series Das Boot between 2017–2020.

The hit show, which received universal critical acclaim, was released in 25 countries worldwide including the United Kingdom and across Europe, America, Australia and Asia.
