Part of The Prodigy’s first feature length live film portraying their biggest show to date from their sold out Warrior’s Dance Festival at the Milton Keynes Bowl in July 2010, will be broadcast on Channel 4 just after midnight on Thursday December 1 (early Friday morning). It will be available on 4OD immediately afterwards and remain there for 30 days.

The incendiary performance - including their biggest tunes - 'Firestarter', 'Breathe', 'Warrior’s Dance', 'Smack My Bitch Up', 'Omen' and more – was screened internationally in cinemas in March this year followed by its released worldwide on a CD / DVD package in May – you can buy a copy here: http://www.theprodigystore.com/

Award winning director Paul Dugdale fimed the MKB footage with heavy input and direction from the band. A pick of the performances have been especially selected for this exclusive terrestrial broadcast and for any fact-finders amongst you, the original footage racked up a record breaking 6700 luminance fails which had to be corrected frame by frame in order to meet The Harding Test standards for broadcast.

The Prodigy have also been announced as the Friday night headline act at the 2012 Download festival.

The band said:

“We have chosen to headline download festival as our only UK festival show next year and will be playin some new songs for the first time from our next album due late next year…see you there” Liam, Keef & Maxim
