DeDe Lopez has a successful career as a singer-songwriter with more than 500 000 albums sold. She has toured the world and has sold out Tokyo Dome in Japan twice. She is also the only Swedish artist to have opened up for Michael Jackson in Gothenburg, Sweden, and was opening act to 50 Cent in Helsinki, Finland.

She has worked with prominent producers and song writers such as Max Martin, Andreas Carlsson, Per Magnusson, David Kreuger, Anders Bagge, Derek Bramble (David Bowie & Whitney Houston), Herbie Crichlow, and Michael Feiner among others.

In August of 2007 she teamed-up with Grammy-winning recording artist Pras (The Fugees) and released “Turn you on”. Layered with her sassy vocals and Pras Michel’s signature fluid rap style, “Turn you on” is written and produced by Pras Michel. After nine weeks on the Swedish single chart, “Turn you on” went to No. 2.

In 2018 DeDe Lopez released “Dare to change the world” ft. hip-hop queen Mc Lyte, written by herself and Mc Lyte. Produced by DeDe, the song topped many countries around the globe and No. 5 on U.S. Top 20 (2018).

He started out with a remix for Richi M in i 2006 and since then he has remixed over 200 radio and club mixes, some of those are official tracks for artists like Rozalla, DeDe Lopez, Lili & Susie, Da Buzz, Funkstar De Luxe, Imagination, Terri B!, KC & The Sunshine Band, Sunfreakz, Nalaya Brown, Janousek, Tess Merkel, Ron Louis Smith 2nd, DJ Encore, Taylor Dayne, and Agnes, (the Swedish winner of Idol 2005).
