Beyoncé has sold out London's iconic Wembley Stadium in just ten minutes.

The singer is due to perform at the venue on July 2 as part of her Formation world tour.

Tickets for the European dates went on sale on Tuesday morning and the Wembley date sold out in just ten minutes.

A second date on July 3 has now been added, with tickets on sale from 9am UK time on February 23.

A number of other gigs in cities such as Stockholm and Manchester have also sold out.

Billboard recently predicted that the world tour could generate between $200 million to $250 million (£140m-£170m) in income.

The tour is scheduled to visit Europe and North America.
