Beyoncé still keeping us guessing about an April release date

Superstar Beyonce recently gave an electric performance - complete with backing dancers wearing Black Panther-style berets and dressed in black at the Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show - to promote her newly released music video. She has also announced a world tour.

But despite the media hints and rumours that have circulated, what we're all really wanting to know is what her new album will be called, and its release date.

According to a new report from HITS Daily Double, the singer’s follow-up to her self-titled 2013 album is scheduled to be released in April.

Bey's longterm stylist told Andy Cohen recently on Bravo:

“I’ve heard the new album. It’s beyond awesome, it’s great. Watch What Happens Live”

The April release date would definitely make sense, given that it would coincide with the launch of her Formation World Tour, which kicks off on April 27 in Miami.

Beyoncé is already selling out venues wolrdwide, including shows in both New York and London.

Nearly one million tickets have been sold so far for the 39-date tour, which has already taken in over $100 million (£71 million) in ticket sales.
