Beyoncé has been pictured for the first time since she gave birth to her first daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, back at the beginning of January. 

The global icon was spotted at her husband Jay-Z's concert, which took place on February 6 at New York's famous Carnegie Hall venue, in a figure-hugging red dress by Alice Temperley and sparkly Christian Louboutin high heels. 

Jay-Z performed his track 'Glory', which he wrote for baby Blue Ivy, live for the first time at the recent event and the gig was put on to raise money for the United Way of New York and the Shawn Carter Foundation.
