Beyoncé to reveal future touring plans

Beyoncé has hinted that she will inform fans of her future plans after her Super Bowl performance this weekend.

The singer is playing the coveted half-time slot at the NFL event in New Orleans on Sunday (January 3).

Speaking at a press conference in build-up to the massive gig, Beyoncé said that she will reveal her future plans soon. She said:

"I may have an announcement after the [Super Bowl] performance - fans should just stay tuned to see."

As previously reported, Beyoncé took to singing the American national anthem at the press conference after being accused of miming the song at US President Barack Obama's recent inauguration.

She did, however, then confirm that she performed to a backing track at the Washington event due to lack of rehearsal time, cold conditions and no soundcheck.

Beyoncé hasn't been on a full UK tour since 2009 and is said to be performing at this year's BRIT Awards on February 20.
