Biffy Clyro to headline Reading and Leeds festivals

Biffy Clyro have been confirmed to headline this year's Reading and Leeds Festival.

The band are currently No.1 in the UK albums chart with their new release 'Opposites', which is their sixth studio effort.

The good news keeps on coming for the Scottish alt-rockers after they were announced for this year's Reading and Leeds festivals last night (January 4), following on from previous headline announcement Eminem.

Other acts who have just been announced are System of a Down, the reunited Fall Out Boy, Foals, Jake Bugg and Bring Me The Horizon.

They join previously confirmed acts such as Deftones, Alt-J and Wiley.

This year's Reading and Leeds festivals are due to take place over August 23-25, with tickets on sale now.
