Chicago-based instrumental rock trio RLYR released the second and final single from their sophomore effort Actual Existence due April 13th via San Francisco tastemaker label The Flenser. Helmed by influential members of the Chicago experimental scene Steven Hess (LocrianCleared), Colin DeKuiper (Bloodiest, ex-Russian Circles), and Trevor Shelley de Brauw (PelicanChord), "Artificial Horizons" is sprawling, optimistic post-rock with flecks of melancholy.
