Tom DeLonge to reveal all about Blink-182 split: 'It'll answer questions'

Former Blink-182 frontman Tom DeLonge will set the record straight about his decision to leave the band in a new tell-all documentary entitled "Ernie Ball: Pursuit Of Tone Featuring Tom Delonge".

Chatting to Alternative Press about the project and why he thought it was worth doing, the rocker explained that he felt the need to draw a line under the unanswered questions:

"I'm hoping this will answer most, if not all, of the questions for those who are looking for answers. It's easy to judge and make your own conclusion from headlines and quotes taken out of context."

"This is the full story of my career from start to finish. It feels good to be able to put it out there in a comprehensive way."

He recently told Mic that leaving Blink-182 has given him more free time to research UFOs: "Dealing with something that’s a national security issue, and you’re being gifted with the opportunity to communicate something you’ve been passionate about your whole life — something that has the opportunity to change the world over time — being a small part of that is enormously important for my life path."

He added: "But I can’t do everything. I can’t tour nine months out of the year with enough time to do the enormity of what I’m setting out to do.”
