US: CMA nominees revealed with BMG artists and songwriters receiving multiple nominations

The nominees for the 54th annual County Music Association Awards have been announced with multiple nominations revealed for BMG artists and songwriters. Show details for the CMA Awards have yet to be confirmed, with winners to be announced on Wednesday, November 11 at 8pm ET on ABC.

Rising country stars, BBR Music Group recording artist Jimmie Allen and BMG songwriter Carly Pearce, both received nominations for New Artist of the Year. Allen, recently released his acclaimed new EP titled Bettie James.

Pearce’s chart-topping single, ‘I Hope You’re Happy Now’, featured on her self-titled album, received multiple nominations for Music Event of the Year, Song of the Year, and Music Video of the Year.

‘10,000 Hours’, the Number One charting country single co-written by BMG songwriter Poo Bear, also received nominations for Music Event of the Year, Single of the Year, and Music Video of the Year.
