Grammy-nominated rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer Logic has released his eighth studio album and his debut as an independent artist, College Park via BMG.

On College Park Logic is joined by an impressive range of features including Norah Jones, Seth Macfarlane, Joey Badass, RZA, Statik Selectah, Redman, Fat Trel, and Bun B.

Logic released a string of singles in the lead-up to the album’s release including ‘Wake Up’, ‘Paradise II.’, and ‘High Life’ with a music video directed by legendary filmmaker Kevin Smith and starring the cast of cult-classic film Clerks. Logic released the final single ‘Lightsabers’ on February 22, produced by Logic and long-time collaborator C Dot Castro.

Speaking to SiriusXM on inspiration for the album, Logic said: “It’s a day in a life with me and my best friends. My boy C Dot Castro, who’s a fellow rapper, who’s all over the album actually. Big Lenbo, who let me stay in his basement in College Park when I was homeless and didn’t have anywhere to go; who I wouldn’t be here today without. And then of course 6ix, my in-house producer.”

Logic (born Sir Robert Bryson Hall II) first gained widespread recognition with the release of his mixtape Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever in 2013. He soon signed to Def Jam Records, where he spent the next decade accumulating dozens of gold and platinum certifications, two Grammy Award Nominations, and more than eight billion streams. In his first new label deal in nearly a decade, Logic signed a multi-album global partnership with BMG in 2022.
