Britney Spears has revealed that she is revelling in the single life.

The singer split up with long-term boyfriend David Lucado recently after allegations of cheating.

However, it seems the US star has taken it all on the chin, with the 'Perfume' singer telling Good Morning Britain:

"I am pretty damn happy right now."

She added: "It's all about setting yourself a goal and going for that and just being motivated and staying true to yourself."

In the same interview - which aired in the UK today (September 25) - Spears said that she has developed a taste for swimming:

"I love swimming, I swim all the time, I love going to the spas, I love cooking, I love studying with my boys and doing just normal things like that."
