Britney Spears: 'Nicole Richie was originally meant to be in 'Pretty Girls' video'

'Till The World Ends' beauty Britney Spears has revealed that Nicole Richie was initially meant to be her co-star in the 'Pretty Girls' music video.

The 'Womanizer' hitmaker told 'Good Morning Britain' that while she features in the 'Pretty Girls' music video with rapper Iggy Azalea, she originally wanted Nicole Richie to be in it with her and explained how that never ended up happening:

"Before we even got the song, I called my manager and said, 'I wanna do a video where...' - I actually wanted Nicole Richie to be in it - and I was like, 'We can do something really fun'. I know her really well and she's a really, really sweet girl and we could be like valet girls and all this kind of stuff."

"And what happened was we got the song from Iggy's producers and it fit my voice so well. And then we just ended up doing it and it worked out, and I got the idea of the valet girl thing and it was really cool. [Iggy's] a really sweet girl."

The pop sensation went onto add that there are loads of people she wants to work with and she reeled of a list of her dream collaborators: "I have a lot of people I'd like to work with. Ludacris, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell, Shania Twain, Celine Dion, there's so many amazing artists out there."

It was then suggested to Spears that she could probably just pick up the phone and call any one of those music stars because she's so well-respected, to which she replied: "Erm, not really. I don't know, I'd have to get some balls."
