Britney Spears believes Taylor Swift is one of the most switched-on pop artists around.

The singer told E! News at the weekend that she feels the '1989' star is "wise" beyond her years.

The 'Britney Jean' songstress said: "I love Taylor Swift. I think she's adorable. I love her music. Her music makes me so happy. 

"She's very level-headed. She's a very, very smart girl, very wise."

Swift shot to global notoriety earlier this year when she penned an open letter to Apple Music about their apparently unfair royalties system.

The company later perform a U-turned after reading the message and its subsequent reaction.
