Britney Spears is in the middle of her Piece of Me World Tour, which saw her play Radio City Music Hall in New York City last week.

Today (July 30), she uploaded a clip of her show onto Twitter with the caption: "Playing at Radio City took me back to a memorable moment on that same stage with @Madonna 😉#PieceOfMe"

Spears was referring to the iconic moment when she kissed Madonna onstage at the VMAs in 2003. The Queen of Pop then kissed Christina Aguilera (see below).

A few years ago, Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, spoke about that kiss. He said: "Madonna had been very, very, very rigid about the rehearsals. She was telling Britney and I every day, 'Be here tomorrow at 10 o'clock,'

"She would never address me by name. She would just say, 'You make sure Britney's here tomorrow at 10 o'clock.'"

After the performance, Rudolph shared a lift with Madonna who "wrapped her arms around my waist and gave me a big kiss on the lips. And she said, 'You see Larry, it was all worth it.'"

Spears will take her Piece of Me World Tour to Europe and the UK next month kicking off in Brighton on August 4. The tour will end in Blackpool on September 1.
