Britney Spears is being sued by former business partners to the tune of $10 million, RadarOnline.com reports.

In papers filed yesterday in Los Angeles, Brand Sense Partners, LLC. claims Britney and her father, Jamie, conned them out of commission owed on a perfume deal.

"Britney secretly made a separate deal with Elizabeth Arden in a sneaky underhanded effort to circumvent and evade its obligations to Brand Sense," reads the suit. “Effectively, Britney improperly and illegally cut Brand Sense out of the Elizabeth Arden deal."

Brand Sense is seeking compensation and punitive damages on top of the $10 million.
