Britney Spears, who suffered a public breakdown back in '08, wants people to know that she is just "like everyone else" and has opened up about getting back into the spotlight in a new interview. 

Speaking to Harper's Bazaar, the 'Till The World Ends' star revealed that she has moved on from that chapter in her life and enjoys ordinary things:

"I'm pretty normal, you know? Like I said, the type of day I love is just like everybody else's. I'm like everybody else."

Talking about being a mother, Spears also explained that she approaches things differently now:

"I think things through a little bit more, and I worry a lot. I'm more straightforward, and I speak up more than I did before. When I was younger, I wouldn't speak up as much, but now that I'm a mom, things have changed."

She also tweeted about the photoshoot to her followers this afternoon, May 16:

"This shoot for Harper's Bazaar was incredible. We shot at a hidden skate park in Malibu"
