DJ and producer Calvin Harris has opened up about working with Rihanna on their hit single, 'This Is What You Came For'. 

During a chat with Capital FM, the star explained that she's a modern icon and her vocals were flawless from the first recording:

"She's a legend. Like, there's not many artists that you do a song with them, then you play it back in the studio and it already sounds like it does on the radio. She's an icon."

When asked who he would be nervous to approach for a collaboration, he chose Rihanna and explained his reasons:

"Nervous... Well, I mean, I would just say Rihanna. That was an insane process. I first played the track to her back in November, I drove down to her house and played it to her in real life because she doesn't get emails. So I went round ad was watching what the reaction was, and after a couple of plays she was in!"
