Cardi B's 'Invasion of Privacy' on its way to reaching No. 1 on Billboard 200

Cardi B's debut studio album, 'Invasion of Privacy,' is estimated to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, according to Billboard.

Forecasts to-date suggest that the LP which was released last Friday on April 6, could begin with 160,000 - 210,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending April 12. This means that it's more than likely to debut at the top of the chart on April 21.

If Cardi B does reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, she will be the 5th female rapper in history to do so, following in the footsteps of Nicki Minaj with Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded in 2012 and Pink Friday in 2011; Eve with Let There Be Eve… Ruff Ryders' First Lady in 1999; Foxy Brown's, Chyna Doll in 1999, plus collaborative album with NasAZ and NatureThe Firm in 1997, and Lauryn Hill's The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill in 1998.

Cardi B's debut single, 'Bodak Yellow,' reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making her the second-ever solo female rapper to do so, after Lauryn Hill in 1998.

The New York born and bred star made her highly anticipated debut appearance as a musical guest on SNL (Saturday Night Live) last night, where she also broke the news that she is pregnant, after which she joined her fiancé MigosOffset on social media to share their excitement and joy.
