'Call My Name' sensation Cheryl Cole has shocked her fans and the public alike by sharing a post on Facebook, in which she confirms that she married French boyfriend Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini on July 7 at Mustique beach after a whirlwind romance of just mere months. 

In the message, which she also accompanied with a photo of a stunning ring (pictured left), the beauty explained that she wanted to reveal the news herself in order to quell rumours and admitted that she's very happy.

Writing on the popular social networking site this evening (July 13), Cole confessed:

"I usually do not discuss my personal life but to stop the speculation I want to share my happy news... Jean-Bernard and I married on 7/7/14. We are very happy and excited to move forward with our lives together.."

She divorced her first husband, footballer Ashley Cole, back in 2010.
