Cheryl Cole has teased Girls Aloud fans with possible new lyrics.

The singer has been doing the promotional rounds today (August 31), hitting Capital FM in the morning.

She was asked by an exclusive-hungry presenter for new information on Girls Aloud, who are due to celebrate their tenth anniversary in November.

He said to her that former X Factor contestant Amelia Lily had said the band's new material was "awesome", to which she replied:

"They are."

Mining Cole for new lyrics, the presenter jokingly asked if there was the word "and" in any new songs, prompting the singer to smile and respond:

"I just wanna dance."

Cole was wearing a sling for her visit after being involved in a car crash with will.i.am.
