Woman accuses Chris Brown of punching her in the face

A female fan has accused Chris Brown of punching her in the face when she took a photo of him without his permission.

Liziane Gutierrez claims the incident happened in Las Vegas on January 2 after she snuck her mobile into a private party at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas.

Gutierrez says Brown punched her in her right eye after she took a photo. She sent photos of her injury to TMZ. The photos can be viewed here.

Gutierrez says she left the party after being punched and called the police a few hours later. The police decided not to take her to hospital.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department PIO Officer, Jesse Roybal, told Hollywoodlife.com:

"We are investigating a report of a battery involving Chris Brown."

Meanwhile, Chris Brown uploaded a video slamming the claims stating that he didn't know 'this old looking bitch, this bitch is old' and that if she did come to the hotel, 'she was probably too ugly to get into my room' (see video below).

Since their initial coverage of the alleged incident, TMZ have reported that Gutierrez was also angry with Jason Derulo in August 2105 when she claimed the star left her at The Argyle in Hollywood after apparently flying her in from Las Vegas to be with him for the night.
