Chris Brown trends on Twitter after Kehlani's suicide attempt post

On Easter Monday (March 28) R&B singer Kehlani's ex boyfriend, OVO Sound’s PARTYNEXTDOOR, shared a photo on his Instagram of the two in bed.

Kehlani is currently in a high profile relationship with basketball player, Kyrie Irving. She also recently collaborated with Zayn Malik on his debut solo album.

The social media storm that ensued made her delete her social media accounts, however she returned to Instagram later with a photo of her lying in a hospital bed and told her followers that she had tried to kill herself. She later deleted the post (see top left hand side photo).

Most people showed empathy and support to her plight but a few remained unconvinced, calling the suicide attempt a ploy.

Singer, Chris Brown, was one of them (see below). His reaction has caused him to become a Twitter trending topic today (March 30).

Brown uploaded this comment:

"Girls be mad at a nigga for fucking around wit bitches but her DMs got more names then the Declaration of Independence. #YEAHIMTHROWINGSHADE.

"They look like they have stank sex!!!

"There is now attempting suicide. Stop flexing for the gram. Doing shit for sympathy so them comments undr your pics don't look so bad."

Zayn worked with Kehlani on the track, 'Wrong', which features on 'Mind of Mine'.
