Coldplay and Michael Bublé reach incredible sales milestones in the UK

The British Phonographic Industry has shared its end of week awards and Coldplay are now celebrating a new sales milestone

The band have achieved triple Platinum status in the UK with their latest studio album, A Head Full Of Dreams, this afternoon, which means that it has shifted over 900,000 copies since its release. 

Canadian singer Michael Bublé has the most impressive award of the week though as his Christmas album is now eight times Platinum

The BPI also confirmed that Twenty One Pilots have also reached a huge milestone and tweeted: "They're undoubtedly one of the breakthrough acts of 2016 and now @twentyonepilots' third album 'Vessel' is Gold in the UK! #bpiAwards."
