'Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model' judge Dannii Minogue has opened up about the importance of family and revealed that while she is a single mother she has great support. 

Speaking about bringing up her son, Ethan (2), on her own after she split from partner Kris Smith last year, the beauty explained that she focuses on the positive side although there is "a sadness" to going it alone:

"There's a sadness but I don't worry about being a single mum because I know I'm very, very capable. Ethan's got grandparents in the UK and in Australia, so it's cool."

Earlier this week, it was reported that the star was considering a return to music after handwritten lyrics were pictured in her hand. The Sun newspaper published images of Minogue clutching a notepad with several verses scrawled onto it although no further information has been revealed about the photographs.
