David Bowie has given fans a taste of his next single.

The singer is due to release 'Lazarus' on Friday (December 18).

However, he has now issued a short preview of the track online.

The song will receive its full premiere at 5.15pm UK time on Thursday (December 17) on BBC 6 Music.

The tune is taken from Bowie's upcoming album 'Blackstar'.

The record will be released on January 8.

Fans have already been given the chance to hear the title track from the album.

'Blackstar' follows up Bowie's suprise 2013 record 'The Next Day'.
