Lionel Richie - "Incredibly excited" for UK Return

Lionel Richie has made a triumphant return to the stage in Europe this week and can't wait to get back to the UK to perform - see pictures of his current tour below.

2012 has been a fantastic year for Lionel, with his new album 'Tuskegee' being the biggest selling album in the US and earning him a nomination for Best Country Album in the American Music Awards.
Lionel was forced to reschedule a number of UK dates earlier this month due to illness but is now back on the road wowing crowds all over Europe, before he heads back to the UK to play a number of shows including two nights at London's O2.

The soul superstar said "Being back out on the road is amazing, the crowds have been fantastic and I am very excited about heading back to the UK soon."

Lionel Richie has been wowing major capitals all over Europe over the last few days, including Amsterdam and Frankfurt. The set has included some of his biggest hits including, 'Easy', 'Stuck On You', 'Three Times A Lady', 'Say You Say Me' and many more.
