Most successful artist 

Robbie Williams has won more BRIT Awards than any other artist or group - 12 awards.  Added to the five awards he has won as a member of Take That, Robbie now has a grand total of 17 awards.  

 

Most nominations in one year

Robbie Williams received six nominations in 1999 and Craig David received six nominations in 2001.  In 2006, both the Kaiser Chiefs and James Blunt received 5 nominations. The only other acts to hold this title are Frankie Goes to Hollywood in 1985, Jamiroquai in 1994, Blur in 1995 and 1996, Coldplay in 2001 and Franz Ferdinand in 2005.
