Dizzee Rascal: 'I don't mind if kids and housewives like my music'

Hitmaker Dizzee Rascal has opened up about his forthcoming new album, 'The Fifth', and revealed that he doesn't care if critics attack it.

Speaking to The Sun about the record, Dizzee said that he doesn't mind that some of his music has a broad appeal because there's nothing wrong with releasing material that speaks to different demographics:

"I like the fact some people might turn their noses up. This album is like a Smash Hits compilation."

"But I haven't got a problem if a track is big with the kids or the housewives."

He also opened up about his recent collaboration with Robbie Williams on 'Goin' Crazy' and added: "I flew over to LA, to his house, which was a huge thing. It is like something out of a movie or something and we were there from 6pm until 6am. We recorded, then f****d about, laughed and joked, he's good to hang out with."
