Dizzee Rascal slams "two-faced" Radio 1

Dizzee Rascal launched an acerbic attack on BBC Radio 1 late last night (November 5) on Twitter.

The UK rapper told those who create the station's playlist to 'suck his d*ck', calling them a bunch of "c**ksuckers*".

It is somewhat unclear as to what prompted the music man to launch his tirade, which also took a stab at Radio 1's cover-centric Live Lounge series.

Rascal said: "Who ever does Radio 1 playlist suck my d**k! I'm tired of you C**ksuckers you better stop playing me. Make up your f**king minds!!! I'm tired of putting up with these 2 faced pricks at Radio 1! If anyone's got a problem let me know. All this nice guy s**t's dead!"

He added: "F**k Live Lounge! If I gotta keep fighting to get my s**t played why bother doing someone else's song so you can sell it on ur s**tty comp! Going against radio 1 aunt smart but I'm tired holding it down and being a good little n***er. You're full of s**t Bar the specialists."

The rapper concluded: "When Americans get played in on radio1 they make allowances for profanity but if it's coming from the n***er down the road it's a problem! Thank you and goodnight. Lol."

The station made headlines earlier late last year after refusing to play Robbie Williams' new solo material - however, his 'Goin' Crazy' duet with Dizzee Rascal was added to the playlist.

Rascal meanwhile released his latest album 'The Fifth' on September 30.
