Eminem teases new "heartfelt" music video

Eminem is set to release a brand new music video this weekend.

The Detroit rapper will unveil the video for ‘Headlights’ tomorrow (Sunday 11).

The song ‘Headlights’ acts as an apology from the Slim Shady star to his mother Debbie who he has publicly feuded with throughout his career. To match the tone of the song, the music video is being released on Mother’s Day in the US.

Lyrics from ‘Headlights’ include the lines:

“But as stubborn as we are, did I take it too far, ‘Cleaning Out My Closet’/ And all them other songs, but regardless I don’t hate you/ ‘Cause ma, you’re still beautiful to me, ’cause you’re my mom.”

In a teaser clip director Spike Lee talks about the “heartfelt” narrative of the video.

Yesterday (May 9) Eminem announced a second show at Wembley Stadium after the first date quickly sold out.
