Eminem on the cover of next Rolling Stone

Detroit rapper Eminem is to grace the cover of the next Rolling Stone magazine.

The ‘8 mile’ star gave an interview to Contributing Editor, Josh Eells, and candidly spoke about his long running battle with prescription drugs, his difficulties with women and the pain of being abandoned by his father.

In an excerpt, released by Rolling Stone, Eminem said: “I have trust issues. With women, friends, whatever. You always wonder what their real motives are. I’ve got a small circle of friends, and it’s a lot of the same friends I’ve known forever.”

Rolling Stone last put Eminem on the cover in April 1999, when he was 24-years old and had just brought out ‘The Slim Shady LP’. Now five albums and one autobiographical film later, he topped a recent MTV ‘Hottest MC in the Game’ poll.
