Enrique Iglesias on raunchy music videos: "Parents should know what their kids are watching"

Enrique Iglesias believes parents have a role to play in deciding what media their children should consume.

Music videos seem to have followed a trend of increased raunchiness in the past couple of years, with the likes of Miley Cyrus and Rihanna often cavorting sexually in promo clips.

Iglesias is no stranger to sultry videos, but the 'Sex & Love' man told BBC Breakfast that age restrictions on videos could work in the future.

He added: "Nowadays TV is the least you should be worried about because you have the Internet and kids on the Internet can find whatever they want. Having said that, I'm a firm believer that it all comes down to the parents.

"I think parents should know what their kids are listening to. It comes down to them being responsible and making sure that they know what video games they're playing, what music they're listening to, what they're doing in their free time."
