Exclusive Interview with Italian Enigma Giulia

Press Party Questions Giulia:

We caught up with the Italian Talent Giulia to discuss her plans for this year, her musical inspirations, and her dream venues to perfom in.

Hi Giulia! So can you quickly introduce yourself?

Hi my name is Guilia and I'm from Rome, Italy. I’ve being living in the UK for a long time now pursuing my dream of becoming an international popstar đŸ˜Šlol

So 2018 was a pretty big year for you, what was your highlight?

Recording a new album! Recording is the best part of it all for me. It’s so amazing to write and create something in my mind and then see it come to life. I am a very creative person, and I love each step of the process.

Can you give us a hint about your plans for 2019…?

I am planning on touring this summer, performing at festivals and also at Gay Pride events! I am really looking forward to it, I have been missing the stage a lot this year and I’m looking forward to getting back out there…

Can we expect any new music from you in the near future?

For sure! I just released a new single ‘Tripping out’, and new singles from my upcoming album are going to be released soon as well. I’m super excited about it…

When are we going to be able to see any Music Videos from you?

I just finished filming three music videos last month with MPH film production. I love their team! They are all for my new singles, and they are currently in post-production.

Which artists are you inspired and influenced by?

This is a tough question as there are so many different and amazing artists out there that really inspire me all the time, and they change with me as I grow and evolve as an artist and a performer. I also think that different genres are a way of showing different sides of yourself as a person and an artist, so I’m influenced but all kinds of different music. I was very inspired by Fergie for my latest album, and I am also a huge fan of the Swedish singer and songwriter Tove Lo, I love her sound and lyrics.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

probably purple rain by the one and only prince!

And finally…. What would be your dream venue to perform in?

Of course The O2 arena would be amazing, and huge festivals such as Coachella or Glastonbury. It would be a real honour to perform there, as I am a huge fan of festivals and what they represent. I love how music can bring all those people together in a moment of happiness and love.

Check out Giulia's most recent single 'Trippin' Out' below, and make sure you don't miss what she gets up to this year.....
