Guitar Pop band The 27 have dropped the music video for their Americana meets Pop single ‘Run’. The visual itself is a short 3-minute peek into the artistic visions of frontman Henry Parker, which put into the context of the video are utterly mesmerizing and highly addictive.

Track ‘Run’ focuses musically on what this band do best. Bringing their smooth harmonies and rugged guitar lines to the forefront, the track is infectiously nostalgic of 60’s West Coast bands with an all-important modern Pop Rock twist on its soundscape. Lyrically, ‘Run’ is a coming of age song in regards to maturely growing up and getting to grips with identifying who you are as an adult.

Music video ‘Run’ ultimately is a visual summary to the sentiment the track's songwriting shines a light on. Left largely alone with his pensive thoughts, Henry Parker can be seen across two juxtaposing settings. From the hustle and bustle of a revelry to the tranquillity and calmness of a beach, the scenes are perplexing visions of Parkers which were encouraged to come to fruition by British producer Mike Hurst, responsible for helping Henry develop and evolve his talent along the way of The 27’s musical journey.

‘Run’ is the latest instalment in a long line of future material set to be released by The 27, one which is looking promising for the band.
