Bright new young talent Katie Kittermaster is mature before her years. Striking a hectic balance between A-Level studies whilst working with some of the most renowned names in music and writing the most astute and honest lyrics in the singer-songwriter world right now this is only the beginning of a prospering career in the pipeline for Kittermaster.

Gearing up to releasing her EP ‘Coming Home at Dawn’ this November, following a
jam-packed summer of festivals from El Dorado and Chris Evan’s popular CarFest.
The EP opens with ‘Sunday Afternoon’, Kittermaster’s debut single which serves as an ode to the comfortable, healthy relationship we all dream of, where in the words of Kittermaster on her songwriting themes is “being in each other’s company is enough,” Katie’s eloquently understated voice is our beacon of light throughout this 5-track EP of sweet and heartfelt love songs, one of which was impressively written at the tender age of 15.

“Music is a really powerful outlet for my own emotions,” says the 17-year old singer and songwriter, whose song ‘T-Shirt’ won both the Commonwealth Song of the Year and the UK Songwriting Contest this year, and got Kittermaster to the final of the Lyricist of the Year awards as well.

It isn't just prestigious accolades and glittering award wins which have picked up on this remarkable young talent. Katie Kittermaster is also turning the heads of Roland Keyboards and Taylor Guitars, winning sponsorship deals from both as a result of her authentic songwriting style and confidence beyond her years on the stage. She has been booked to open for household names such as Jools Holland and Marc Almond, following on from her triumphant support slot for none other than X Factor and Britains Got Talent graduates Olly Murs, Louisa Johnson and dance group Diversity at the Big Day Out in summer 2017. Described by Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy from Boyzone and Westlife as “the female Ed Sheeran,'' Katie Kittermaster is clearly set for big things.

So big things are in the pipeline for this emerging singer. It doesn't get any bigger than currently being on tour with Boyzlife, Katie Kittermaser is then set to be the only support for songstress Lucy Spraggan on her 37-date tour of the UK and Europe. With astute and honest lyrics and a voice as beautiful as Katie has, it’s a guarantee that this tour will gain her well-deserved fans all over the place, just in time for the release of her wonderfully cosy EP, Coming Home at Dawn this forthcoming November.
