Today, Giulia will take us behind the scenes of her shoot for this incredible video, which sees her shooting through space piloting her own ship, as she falls further and further from Earth…

This otherworldly experience is nevertheless a visual which is filmed with feet firmly on planet Earth. Giulia is suspended from wires, acts in front of green screens onto which a space scene will be projected in the final product. She dodges around stars and planets as she drives her spaceship, and, back in reality, she films a scene where her and a dancer weave in and out of each other, covered in UV paint.

Yes, that’s right, ‘Trippin’ is only the first offering from Giulia, the Italian enigma who crafts this unique form of sultry alt-pop. There are two more music videos to come, and after the success of ‘Trippin’, I am surely not the only one waiting for her next offering with bated breath.
