Having released original breakout track ‘All About Us’, alongside covering Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez hits ‘Lover’ and ‘Lose You To Love Me’ in collaboration with social media influenced Kurt Hugo Schneider, now Allegra returns with her latest in a long line of cover songs, coming in the form of ‘Body’ by music production team Loud Luxury.

Dropping the reworked audio rendition, originally of Canadian collective Loud Luxury featuring LA singer-songwriter Brando’s discography titled ‘Body’, Allegra’s take on the track is nothing short of stunning. Taking the 2017 release and catapulting it into 2019, Allegra’s fresh vocals and pop-based musicality put a revitalising modern spin on the song.

Releasing the visual to accompany the cover, once again the London based singer is the star of the show. Set in an open space in Los Angeles, Allegra is in the company of a strong quintet of drum players, hand clappers and finger clickers who provide the punchy percussive sound, whilst the ‘All About Us’ star sings the songs lyrics, utterly oozing confidence as she executes a pristine performance.

Sending off her epic year with an almighty bang having delivered debut single ‘All About Us’ with skyrocketing amounts of success, for Allegra this addition of Loud Luxury cover ‘Body’ is a sign of more good things to come in the upcoming new year.
