Hey Allegra! Thank you for taking the time out to answer these questions…

How are you holding up during these weird times?

Well I am very lucky to be self-isolating with my family, which is a family of 7, so quite big! I’m not going to lie and say that there hasn’t been any argument but it’s really great to all be under one roof as we are always moving around a lot. I have actually built my own home studio, so I have been locking myself in there creating and writing. It’s not all so bad if it’s keeping people safe!

What is the number one piece of advice you’d give for someone struggling in lockdown?

I would say take a shower in the morning, dress up and maybe even put a bit of make up on because doing that could make you feel so much better instead of being in pyjamas or track suits the whole day. I have had some of those days but then I wake up and say I’m going to make an effort and then I feel set for the day.

What is the one album/song/playlist you’ve been blasting all the time during your lockdown?

During quarantine I’ve made endless playlists for every mood but if I have to pick two songs it would be ‘Level of Concern’ by Twenty-One Pilots and ‘Stuck with You’ by Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber.

If you could be quarantined with one famous person from history, who would it be?

I would have loved to be quarantined with Whitney Houston! I think that would result in a lot of dancing and obviously singing the night away.

Finally - what are you most looking forward to doing when we’re allowed out again?

Well there are lots of music plans, so I just can’t wait to start working on my next single and working with my amazing team. I just can’t wait to hug people
